An Impeccable Debut at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma
December 2014. Anna had her Italian debut as the First Forest Nymph in “Rusalka” by Antonín Dvořák at Teatro dell’Opera di Rome. She and her two fellow Nymphs were described in the press as “deliziose”, “ben amalgamate e vocalmente impeccabili”.
An impeccable debut!
UK operatic debut
June 2014. Anna debuted at the Welsh National Opera as a Lady Madeline and Madeline Usher in the double bill “The Fall of the House of Usher” and “Usher House” by Debussy and Getty at the Welsh National Opera; conducted by Lawrence Foster and directed by David Pountney.
From Handel to Strauss
November 2013. A fruitful autumn! Collaboration with the orchestra Pratum Integrum goes on: two exciting performances of Handel, Rameau and Bortniansky took place in September and November 2013 at Varaždin Baroque Evenings Festival and Early Music Festival in Herne.
Likewise, Anna perfomed “Four Last Songs” by Strauss with the Worthing Symphony Orchestra conducted by John Gibbons on Remembrace Sunday.
Debut with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
August 2013. Anna debuted with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in St Albans Cathedral at Magna Carta Festival having had perfomed soprano-solo in Haydn’s “Nelson Mass” and O’Regan’s “Martyr”.

Le Rossignol in Lyon
April, 2012. Anna performed the title role in the extraordinarily beautiful production of Le Rossignol by Stravinsky directed by Robert Lepage at the Lyon National Opera.
The Queen of the Night and Handel Competition
March, 2012. Anna Gorbachyova interpreted a challenging role of the Queen of the Night in the exciting production of Die Zauberflöte at Royal Academy Opera directed by Stephen Barlow and conducted by Jane Glover.

November, 2011. Anna Gorbachyova will be performing the role of Nymphe in the extraordinary project — the opera «Gogol» by Lera Auerbach.
